Eating and dining is a culture on its own. Among the many great restaurants and bars there are two that I can surely recommend the Pizzeria Roma, Can Roquet, Toc de Sol
Villages / churches: Only 2 km away you have the beautiful village of Castell d’Aro It still feels virtually untouched, preserving the medieval stone buildings of the village to an exceptional standard. Its narrow streets, lined with beautiful stone houses, lead to a quaint central square. Here, you’ll find the town’s Gothic church and a small castle to which the town owes its name.
Markets: You can always strawl on the weekly market on friday in Paltja ' Aro, on Sunday in Sant Feliu de Guixols, on Tuesday in Pals
Museum: Also great is a visit to the Dali Museum in Figueres
City trip: Still hungy for more culture? In approximately 1 hour you are in Barcelona to visit its famous Sagrada Familia or Camp Nou and many more... or you could visit Gerona, also very nice.
